Lollipops How-To

The lollipops take between 5 and 10 minutes to cool depending on air temperature, humidity, the surface the molds are set up on, etc. When the pops are cool, just lift the clip straight up off the mold tabs and  the mold springs open. If you attempt to remove the clip too soon you will notice the lollipop starts to expand and spread the mold with it as it is not completely hard. Just reinstall the clip and wait a few more minutes.
