Go to the Product & Price List Page. Locate
the link to the new Downloadable Order Form in the lower left of the page.
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to save and print the form on your
printer. If you call your order in, have your credit card number ready.

also send in your order by the U.S. Postal Service. When mailing an order
you can prepay by credit card, money order or personal check. Orders with
personal checks are held 7-10 working days for the check to clear. You can
